Our New Haven office is located near the intersection of Sherman Avenue and Chapel Street. The building is directly across from Yale New Haven Hospital – St. Raphael’s Campus.

From I-91S take Exit 1, Downtown New Haven, Rt-34W connector. It is 1.9 miles from the start of the connector to Sherman Avenue. Turn right onto Sherman Avenue. Follow for 0.2 miles. We are located in Sherman Medical Building which is on the fourth block on the left.

From I-95 S (from East Haven) take Exit 47 or I-95N (West Haven) take Exit 47 (left exit) Downtown New Haven onto CT-34W Connector. From either I-95 S or I-95 N it is 1.8 mi from the start of connector to Sherman Avenue. Turn right onto Sherman Avenue and travel 0.2 miles. We are located in Sherman Medical Building which is on the fourth block on the left.

Off street parking is available in an attended lot. We are located on the fifth floor and may be accessed by elevator.
