Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we must all do our part to “flatten the curve” and reduce the number of new infections. If you come to the office, we ask that you wear a face covering such as a scarf or mask in accordance with CDC recommendations. We ask that you not come to the office if you have a fever, respiratory symptoms such as cough or shortness of breath, have tested positive for COVID-19 or have a household member who is positive for COVID-19. We ask that you not come to the office if you have traveled to a state on the Connecticut travel advisory list until after you have completed a 10 day self-quarantine. For more information, click here. We offer Telehealth video visits so that we may continue to address your health concerns while maintaining social distancing. You must sign up for MyChart if you are interested in scheduling a Telehealth visit.
